Refund Policy

NTorJewel (Laundry Master) ki refund policy:

1. Cancellation Refund

Agar order pickup se pehle cancel kiya jaata hai, to poora amount customer ke wallet mein refund ho jayega. Online payment kiya ho ya wallet se pay kiya ho — dono cases mein wallet mein refund hoga.

2. Service Issue Refund

Agar service mein koi major issue hai (galat items, missing items), to delivery ke 24 hours ke andar complaint karein. Verified hone par partial ya full refund wallet mein diya jayega.

3. No Refund Cases

Product damage (color fade, shrinkage, fabric damage, etc.) ke liye koi refund nahi hoga. Customer apni responsibility par service le raha hai.

Pickup hone ke baad order cancel nahi hoga aur refund nahi milega.

4. Refund Mode

Sab refunds Laundry Master wallet mein hote hain. Bank account mein direct refund nahi hota. Wallet balance future orders mein use kar sakte hain.

5. Refund Timeline
