NTorJewel (Laundry Master) ki return policy:

1. Item Check at Delivery

Delivery ke time customer ko apne sab items check kar lene chahiye. Delivery boy ke saamne items count aur condition verify karein.

2. Missing Items

Agar koi item missing hai, to delivery ke 24 hours ke andar humse contact karein. Hum verify karke item return ya wallet credit karenge.

3. Wrong Items

Agar galat items deliver hue hain, to 24 hours ke andar contact karein. Hum sahi items exchange karenge.

4. Damage Claims

Laundry process mein hone wale damage (color fade, shrinkage, fabric damage, button loss, zipper damage, stain set hona) ke liye koi return ya compensation nahi hoga. Customer Terms & Conditions accept karke order place karta hai.

5. Claim Window

Delivery ke 24 hours ke baad koi bhi claim accept nahi hoga. Isliye delivery ke time items zaroor check karein.
